Annual surveys and approvals
NSSLGlobal is authorised by the MCA as Shore Based Maintainers and by several major Classification Societies to carry out annual GMDSS radio surveys on their behalf. Our team of accredited Radio Surveyors are all experienced, fully trained marine electronics engineers and Class Approved to meet and exceed the standards set by the Class Societies: ABS, Lloyd’s Register, MCA (Maritime Coastguard Agency) GL, RINA, NKK and DNV.
- We are also approved by DNV to conduct Radio surveys onboard Polar Code Vessels & Ship Return To Port (STRP) vessels.
- NSSLGlobal’s survey procedures are incorporated in our certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Information related to our ISO 9001 Approval, Classification Society Recognitions, and the global availability of our trained and certified surveyors are available upon request.
