NSSLGlobal Group announces acquisition of MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd

Thursday 24th September 2026, REDHILL, UK – NSSLGlobal, the leading independent satellite communication and system integrator today announced the acquisition of MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd.

MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd provides global security, surveillance and IOT asset tracking solutions for international law enforcement as well as for enterprise customers and high-profile individuals. In addition, the company is specialised in covert vehicle fitting, including surveillance and communication equipment. These proven and trusted products are designed for locating and tracking key assets via satellite, cellular and radio, especially in remote areas and harsh environments.

The acquisition provides a strategic progression in developing NSSLGlobal’s product offerings to current and future customers, whilst expanding reach into relevant adjacent markets with a powerful combination of communications and security capabilities.
