NavComs are at the heart of NSSLGlobal’s commercial business, and our global service technicians and co-ordination teams are trained, authorised, and available 24/7 to provide remote and onboard technical support. We have tier 1 relationships with the leading manufacturers, and these suppliers meet our stringent standards for quality, reliability, and low maintenance costs.
We aim to maintain our first time-fix KPI at all times, and to keep abreast of up-and-coming technology, trends, and regulatory changes for the benefit of our customers. This is a vital part of our service, as many of our turnkey projects are assisting our customers to upgrade obsolete systems and take advantage of SMART technology and digitalisation.
